The ETAS event of the year now has a date!
Here is a message from our own Steve Stratton regarding the dates for Batsford 2012. More information will be posted when available.
Please note that as this year is THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FOUNDING OF ETAS, things might go a bit differently than normal. As in, even more fun!! So mark your calendars and keep checking back for more news.
The dates are 1st June till 4th June, I'm sorry to inform everyone that the cost is increasing to £30.00 or 35.00 Euros, we hope you feel this is still good value for money, also this is the 1st increase in 10 years so not bad eh!
UPDATE:
As most of you know this is the premier Traditional Archery party of the year and as its the 10th anniversary of ETAS its gonna be a special event, 2 days of excellent shooting, Roving, Field, Flight, Clout and maybe even a Popinjay, loads of live music in the beer tent which will be beered by the fantastic North Cotswold brewery again, free BBQ and excellent prizes and raffle, the party on Saturday will be themed as Steam Punk and 2 live bands will be playing, Lost Innocence (My Band) and Rik Cunninghams (Ex Republica guitarist) band INCARNA, Hopefully I can talk Rob, our keyboard player to host a bit of a folk night on the Friday night, So as you can see it should be extra "Brilliant" this year!

On behalf of all of ETAS, I wish everyone a wonderful Christmas, and a very happy and especially healthy New Year!!
So far I cannot provide any information on the 2012 events, as there are still some uncertainties. But updates will follow as soon as I know more! Also, if you have information on any good traditional archery competitions anywhere in Europe, do tell us about it!
Hope to see you all again in 2012! :o)
